How a connection happens

Suppliers list a technology or manufacturing-capability card. Buyers ask the assistant and browse cards. Listing is free.
- 02Introduction and mutual consent
When an introduction request arrives, our matching desk asks both sides. If both agree, you sign an NDA.
- 03Brokerage agreement
Once a brokerage agreement is signed, a project portal opens. Only approved contacts can log in, with their own Google OTP.
- 04Collaboration records and technical files
Keep meeting, decision and sample records, and versions of technical files, together in the portal.
Fees
- Listing and publishing cards is free.
- A brokerage fee applies only when a deal closes, on the terms of the brokerage agreement (3 to 5% from each side).
- We do not charge for on-behalf uploads either.
How we keep it trustworthy
We review figures and wording before publishing, and only reviewed cards carry the 'VINEXIS Reviewed' mark.
If the supplier prefers, the company and product names are disclosed only after a brokerage agreement.
We record who opened which material and when. Project materials open only to approved emails with Google OTP.
Introductions go through our matching desk, and contact details are not shared before both sides agree.
